• Education Requirements: Successful completion of approved Practical Nurse training program from an accredited institution
• Certifications Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota; CPR certification; Infection Control certification (preferred)
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience working in a Long Term Care setting; prior experience in evening or night shifts preferred; familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Other Requirements: Ability to work evening and night shifts; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stand for extended periods; reliable transportation; strong attention to detail
