Job Description:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatments and procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records according to facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
