Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – 13-Week Contract | Near Fargo, North Dakota

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Respond appropriately in emergency and high-pressure situations

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings

Education & Certification Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment
• Additional specialty certifications may be required by department
