Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) from an accredited program

Certifications Requirements:

  • Arizona Fingerprints and Background clearance
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • IV Certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in long-term care settings
  • Prior experience working with dementia patients preferred
  • Experience with IV therapy is required

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to commute up to 30 minutes (housing not provided)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts from 7a-7p, on a 3-12 schedule
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be comfortable with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities (not mandatory)
  • Physical ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care environment
