Job Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside care and administer medications to residents in accordance with state and facility regulations.
  • Assess residents' health conditions and report significant changes to the supervising healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and observations in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
