As a Travel Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any other necessary arrangements. You will also be responsible for managing travel budgets, negotiating rates with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to any inquiries or issues that may arise during their travels
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all travel arrangements and expenses
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of travel logistics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Provide support and assistance to clients during their travels, including troubleshooting any travel-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
