Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Siler City, North Carolina.
Physical Therapist assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and focuses on delivering rehabilitative care to patients in a post-acute environment. The PT will work to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence through individualized treatment plans. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and enhance quality of life. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
Active State PT License required
BLS certification required
Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
