Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts

Mandatory Qualifications for this Job

Active, unrestricted Colorado RN License
Current BLS Certification
Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Geriatric Nursing preferred
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Knowledge of Federal, State, and local healthcare regulations
Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily nursing activities

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide and supervise nursing care for LTC/SNF residents
Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Coordinate daily nursing activities and patient care
Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Promote infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident conditions
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
