RadHealth+ is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Westbrook, Maine.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing (DON). The LPN is responsible for medication administration, resident assessments, treatments, documentation, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while ensuring compassionate, high-quality resident care. LPNs in LTC settings play a central role in monitoring residents' health, coordinating care, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Shift: Night (10:45 PM- 7:15 AM)
Experience: 1 year
