Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians

• Administer medications and treatments during day shifts

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs

• Support patients with daily activities and recovery goals

• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Arizona or compact state

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently during day shifts in a fast-paced environment
