Job Description
Mountain View Center is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 10-week night-shift assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home settings and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Requirements
Active Vermont LPN License (or Compact License if applicable)
Must know PCC and have nursing home experience.
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home experience preferred
