Prairie Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care to long-term care residents in a hospital-based LTC unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessments, documentation, treatment administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
Active Kansas LPN License (or Compact License if applicable)
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Ability to work independently on night shift
Excellent communication and resident care skills
Active LPN License – Required
BLS Certification – Preferred
Hospital-based Long-Term Care Unit
Long-term care resident population
Night shift coverage
No overtime permitted
Travelers limited to 37.5 hours per week
No travel partners accepted
