TRAVEL LPN POSITION IN Franconia, NH

Position Details

• Position: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Location: Franconia, NH

• Assignment Length: 14 Weeks

• Shift: Nights

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Active LPN License

• Current BLS Certification

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
