Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LVN/LPN to provide quality patient care in a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective nursing care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Follow facility policies and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Active LVN/LPN License.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts as needed.
