Ambulatory Oncology LPN role
- Specialized hematology clinic caring for patients with sickle cell disease and thrombosis disorders
- Adult patient care
- Responsibilities include:
- Patient intake and assessments
- Vital signs and documentation
- Vaccine administration
- Point-of-care testing
- Lab specimen collection
- Care coordination and patient education
- Collaboration with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary team
Requirments
- NY State LPN License required
- BLS required
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
- Acute care/oncology experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience preferred
