✅ REQUIREMENTS
- LPN – Tennessee license required
- Compact or Single-State TN license accepted
- BLS – AHA required
- License verification and certifications must be submitted with the profile
IMPORTANT
- Saturday rotation is required based on client need
- Call rotation may be required
- Floating may include LTACH and SNF
- Schedule may be adjusted based on census and staffing needs
- Specific scheduling requests should be disclosed at submission
