Position Details • 13‑week contract, 40 hrs/week • 9:00am–5:30pm schedule with alternating weekends • No floating or on‑call • Up to 4 days approved RTO
Qualifications • Active CA LVN license, BLS, LA County Fire Card • 1 year case management experience • 2 years LVN experience • Strong communication, discharge planning, and case coordination skills • Travel experience preferred
