Contract Length: 16 Weeks
Shifts Available:
- Evenings: 5x8s (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)
- Nights: 5x8s (11:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Job Description
Join a 300-bed Long-Term Care facility providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care services. We're seeking dependable LVNs/LPNs to deliver quality resident care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs.
Requirements
- Active NY LPN/LVN License (required at submission)
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience (SNF, Rehab, Med Surg, or Hospital experience accepted)
- BLS Certification
- Must pass a med pass test and clinical observation
