MUST have recent years of LTC/SNF/Mental Health experience in the past 2 years going back from today's date to be qualified for this position.
Shift: 3x12/DAYS (6A-5:30P, EOW), Start: 8/3/26 or sooner pending compliance, GT: 36, Length: 13 weeks, FLU SHOT REQUIRED, ICF Facility (all residents have intellectual development issues/disabilities - patient population ages range from 9 - 65), Candidate needs experience with G-Tubes, Facility Work Week: SUN-SAT.
