Provide direct nursing care to adult patients recovering from strokes, brain/spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions in a 60-bed, CARF-accredited rehabilitation facility.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality floor nursing care for a 7:1 patient ratio.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and track rehab outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC and UDS.
Operate workstations on wheels (WOWs) and patient lifts safely.
Requirements
Education & License: Active LPN License + BLS Certification.
Experience: Open to 0+ years; floor nursing required (rehab experience a plus).
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and alignment with Lifepoint core values.

Schedule: 36 hrs/week | Variable weekends | No Call / No Floating
