Job Description

TRAVEL LPN – COLERIDGE, NEBRASKA

Connected Health is hiring a Travel LPN for one of our trusted partner facilities in Coleridge, Nebraska.

Facility: Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
Shift: Nights — 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Weekends: Rotating weekends
Location: Coleridge, Nebraska
Experience: Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
  • At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
  • Skilled Nursing/LTC experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends
