Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Active state LPN/LVN license (or compact license eligibility)
CPR/BLS certification current
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a LTC/SNF or similar setting
Proficiency with EMR documentation and medication administration
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Active New Mexico Caregivers Registry listing - required for placement at NM facilities
