Days	Every weekend - 16-hour shifts, 7:00 AM 11:00 PM (per facility scheduling note)

Overtime not guaranteed
Photo ID and facility badge required at all times
Agency staff must have completed the COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious/medical exemption

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active Vermont LPN/LVN license or compact eligibility, current and in good standing
