Job Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Telemetry and LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting
• 2 to 5 years of overall Registered Nurse experience preferred
• Current Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain clinical competencies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to LTAC and telemetry patients
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and leadership in patient care delivery
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks consistent with team member competencies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established policies and procedures
• Support a safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care environment
