Job Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nurse or LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process
• Monitor and support patients with complex medical and telemetry needs
• Assess changes in patient condition and respond with sound clinical judgment
• Coordinate care priorities and delegate appropriately based on team competencies
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned staff as needed
• Document care accurately and follow facility policies and state practice standards
• Support a patient-centered care environment focused on safety and quality outcomes
