Travel - (LTC) Licensed Practical Nurse LPN up to 45/hr PRN as needed
Linton, North Dakota - 13 weeks

Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license for North Dakota

Certifications Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Optional: Advanced certification in long-term care or related specialties

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care settings
  • Experience working with PCC software is a big bonus
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle PRN shifts

Other Requirements:

  • Must have North Dakota LPN license
  • Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts from 6pm to 6:30am
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in the long-term care setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Apply clinical skills and knowledge to assess patient needs and administer treatments.
  • Document patient information accurately into PCC software and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
