Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 4×12s (or 3×12s if preferred)

Requirements
Active Alaska LPN/LVN License (Required)
Minimum 1 Year LTC Experience
Previous Travel Experience Required
BLS Certification
No First-Time Travelers
Must live 50+ miles from the facility (No locals)
