Job Details Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Danbury, North Carolina Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Schedule: 36 hours per week, typically 3 shifts per week Shift Time: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Call: None Float: None Orientation: 24 hours Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710 - $1,800 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required Prior skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required PointClickCare experience required Current BLS certification required Experience caring for geriatric patients and completing low-acuity medication pass routines Ability to work independently on night shift while collaborating with CNAs and the on-call team Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills Responsibilities Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting Perform nursing assessments, medication administration, and ongoing resident monitoring Support residents with common skilled nursing needs such as wound care, diabetes management, catheter care, and feeding tube support Document accurately in PointClickCare and communicate care updates using SBAR Monitor for changes in condition and respond appropriately to resident needs Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality care and resident safety Follow infection control, fall prevention, and resident safety best practices Help maintain smooth night-shift workflow, including med pass periods and routine checks Why Consider This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
