Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring 1 year of experience and a ND or compact RN license.

Details

  • Work in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting on a 128-bed unit
  • Patient population includes all diagnoses
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:32
  • Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system/EMR
  • 12-hour day shifts scheduled 0600-1830
  • Weekend rotation every other weekend
  • Holiday coverage rotation every other holiday
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • No on-call or call-back requirements

Requirements

  • Active ND or compact RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • BSN not required for this position
  • Valid driver's license required for consideration
  • Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, both including dates of employment and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

  • Complete a facility-specific orientation pathway with GSS staff upon starting
  • Local candidates accepted within an 80-mile radius, at a reduced rate
  • No charge differential offered at this facility
