Job Details:
Position: Mammographer
Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Schedule: Day shift, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Hours: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or associate's degree from a radiologic technology accredited program; OBMI and ARRT registered mammography technologist; current BLS certification; CRASE training if assignment extends beyond 6 months; no minimum experience required
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Additional Information: Performs diagnostic mammography procedures, prepares patients, operates imaging equipment, and evaluates image quality. Positions patients to optimize image clarity, maintains patient safety and comfort, and adheres to aseptic techniques. Supports patient care by providing physical and emotional support during procedures, and assists licensed practitioners with interventional procedures as needed. Participates in required educational programs relevant to the position.
