Job Summary:
Mammographer at a busy breast center specializing in screening, diagnostic imaging, needle localizations, and stereotactic breast biopsies. This full-time position involves performing mammography procedures in a high-volume environment, utilizing advanced equipment, and adhering to required certifications and training standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, Maryland state license, CPR certification, current mammography registry certificate or ARRT documentation indicating registry date, completion of 8 hours of digital training, 8 hours of tomosynthesis training, 15 current mammography continuing medical education credits, 40 hours of initial training/attestation, and current mammography statistics of 200 cases.
• Preferred Qualifications: Needle localization and stereotactic experience, with a strong preference for candidates with these skills or willingness to learn.
• Additional Information: The unit operates Monday through Friday in a busy breast center offering screening and diagnostic services, including biopsies. Equipment used includes HOLOGIC DIMENSIONS. Submission of a copy of Maryland license, current ARRT card, and mammography registry certificate is required upon application.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnostic and screening mammography.
