Job Summary: The organization is seeking a Mammographer specializing in mammography procedures in a diagnostic imaging setting. The position involves performing screening and diagnostic mammograms, as well as mammo-guided procedures, in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and prioritization skills. The role requires a professional with breast imaging experience and a strong background in breast procedures and equipment.
Job Details:
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The assignment starts on 08/31/2026 and concludes on 11/28/2026.
Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT, mammography certification, and ARRT/ARDMS breast ultrasound or breast sonography certification. Education requirements include a minimum of 2 years of diagnostic breast imaging experience, specifically 3-5 years in an imaging center. Valid BLS-AHA certification is required. Candidates must have breast imaging experience, including screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, and mammo-guided procedures. Experience with upright stereotactic biopsy and prone table biopsy is strongly preferred. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience using McKesson PACS image archive storage system and EPIC electronic medical record system. Equipment familiarity includes Hologic slenia dimensions systems, 3 dimensions systems, Hologic affirm system, IU22 Phillips, and GE pristina for breast ultrasound.
Additional Information: Must be able to work effectively in a high-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently, and seeking supervisory assistance when needed. No local candidates will be considered, and candidates must have been separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be eligible.
