Travel Mammography Tech - $2,009 per week in Charleston, SC

Job Title: Mammography Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:30 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: South Carolina state license required Certifications: BLS; ARRT (M); SCRQSA (M) Must-Have: Must know how to operate Siemens Revelations/Hologic Dimension equipment Description: Position/Specialty: Mammography Tech - Outpatient Clinic. Travelers are required to perform a minimum of 20 screening mammograms per day. Diagnostic mammography exams may be performed as the schedule allows; however, the primary focus of this assignment is screening mammography. This is a fast-paced outpatient facility that requires autonomy, effective teamwork, great communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility. Daily caseload will include approximately 55 patients. No weekend requirements and no on-call shifts. Technologists must be willing to shift work hours if overtime is involved. Floating to other facilities may be required to meet operational needs. First-time travelers are accepted. All required certifications and licenses must be completed and verified prior to start. No call-outs are allowed within the facility. This position involves working effectively in a collaborative environment while managing high patient volumes. Must perform both screening and diagnostic mammograms regularly.
