Travel Mammography Tech - $2,012 per week in Oklahoma City, OK

Job Title: Mammography Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred License: Current and valid license required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS*, ARRT Advanced Certification Must-Have: Previous charge experience, preferred charting system experience (Epic), community hospital experience preferred Description: Mammography technician needed for day shifts working 4 days a week. No on-call shifts are required. The role involves screening and diagnostic mammograms. Responsibilities include 3D imaging, stereo biopsies, ultrasound biopsies, bone density testing, and x-rays. Preferred skills include working with musculoskeletal imaging, diagnostic stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, and fine needle aspirations. Candidates must be willing to float to other areas as needed. Daily census includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must be compliant with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
