Key Responsibilities of the Mammography Technologist- Perform stereotactic biopsy and quality control for mammography
- Conduct all types of mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms
- Work autonomously in areas with indirect supervision
Requirements of the Mammography Technologist- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
- AHA BLS certification
- ARRT Mammography certification
- Competency in stereotactic biopsy and mammography QC
