Travel Mammography Tech - $2,611 to $2,811 per week in Shenandoah, TX

Join our team as an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Shenandoah, TX. In this role you will perform mammographic examinations used by physicians to detect breast abnormalities, assist in diagnoses, and support patient care in a hospital setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT-M) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience. (Required by client.)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience performing diagnostic and screening mammography exams, including positioning, compression, and image acquisition on digital mammography systems. (Required by client.)
• Experience with patient education and working with diverse patient populations in a hospital environment. (Required by client.)
• Ability to follow facility policies and clinical protocols and to document procedures accurately.
• Preferred: Prior experience with tomosynthesis and breast biopsy imaging support.
