Top 3 Required Skills: Accredited Mammographer ARRT Certified Mammographer CDHP Certified Radiologic Technologist CDHP BLS AHA Top 3 Preferred Skills: Experience with screening and diagnostic Experience with MQSA, QC and ACR Experienced with CEM 3 years experience as mammography technologist but 1 is ok. Experience with biopsies and mammographic procedures. Top 3- 5 Daily Responsibilities: Organizes, plans and directs activities related to patients and breast imaging procedures for their designated areas. Demonstrates complete working knowledge of all radiographic equipment (i.e,tomosynthesis unit, stereotactic unit) within the department, necessary to perform studies. Demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills and uses film markers properly. Adjust technical factors in proportion to patient age and body part being examined while minimizing radiation. Performs and/or assists with mammography procedures according to approved department procedure manual.
