Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and California State Mammography Licensure for a rotating outpatient imaging assignment.

Details

• between multiple imaging center locations and may include a mobile mammography van
• Inpatient and outpatient work settings
• Performs diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, and digital mammography
• Uses Hologic 3D mammography equipment
• Epic EMR experience required
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Schedule includes every other weekend with occasional Saturday shifts once per month
• Floating required between multiple facility locations, including a mammo mobile van that travels the Bay Area

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• ARRT (M) and BLS certification required
• California State Mammography Licensure required, if applicable
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification required by the California Department of Health Services
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with diagnostic and screening mammograms and digital mammography required

• Rotates between multiple breast imaging centers and may float to a mobile mammography van
• Follows universal precautions and core measures
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
