Travel Mammography Tech - $3,319 per week in Oakland, CA

Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: California State Mammography Licensure - Required Certification by the California Department of Health Services as a Certified Radiologic Technologist Certifications: ARRT, BLS, CRT Must-Have: - Ability to float between multiple locations - Experience with diagnostic mammograms and digital mammography - Knowledge of Hologic 3D technology - Familiarity with Epic charting system Description: The candidate must be able to float between various locations. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. For rotating weekend shifts, the schedule is Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Monday off. Every other weekend and one Saturday per month is required. The position involves performing screening and diagnostic mammograms. Candidates should adhere to infection control practices and core measures. Experience with inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred. Familiarity with special procedures is beneficial.
