Mammography Technologist

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13 Weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume mammography imaging in a fast-paced breast care environment, supporting approximately 100 patients per day
- Conduct breast ultrasound, bone density, and mammogram imaging procedures
- Assist with breast biopsy procedures as needed
- Operate Hologic mammography equipment accurately and efficiently
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and quality imaging standards throughout all procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification in Mammography (ARRT – Mammo) required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography
- Prior experience working in a high-volume imaging environment
- Proficiency with Hologic mammography equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least one prior travel assignment in a mammography or breast imaging setting
- Experience performing breast ultrasound and bone density imaging
- Demonstrated ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy in an extremely high-volume department
