Position: Mammography Technologist – Radiology Mammography $$SN$$
Location: Dallas, Texas
Facility: Parkland Health – Radiology Mammography
Shift: Days – Monday to Friday (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: August 12, 2026
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures to produce high-quality breast images for radiologist interpretation.
• Review patient history and physician orders to ensure appropriate imaging procedures are performed.
• Assist with breast biopsies and needle localization procedures as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on mammography equipment according to American College of Radiology (ACR) standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Educate and communicate with patients regarding procedures to ensure comfort and excellent patient care.
• Maintain compliance with department policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support departmental goals.
• Maintain ARRT certification and Texas licensure through continuing education and professional development.
