Travel Mammography Technologist (5x8's - Days)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging procedures in an outpatient setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Operate and maintain Hologic mammography equipment in accordance with facility and MQSA standards
• Meet and maintain all MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) requirements throughout the assignment
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately within an EPIC EMR system
• Float to other areas within the department as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care with independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
• Active ARRT registration in Radiography with Mammography certification — ARRT(M)
• Active Indiana State License (ISDOH)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience
• Ability to meet and maintain ongoing MQSA requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Breast ultrasound experience
• ARDMS certification in Breast (ARDMS-Br)
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient environment
