Key Responsibilities
Perform 15–20 mammography exams per day within a dedicated Breast Center
Conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms
Operate mammography equipment in accordance with facility protocols and patient safety standards
Maintain a valid radiation badge (must be provided by the staffing agency — the facility does not supply radiation badges to travelers)
Document and chart patient imaging information, preferably using Epic
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of mammography experience (first-time travelers accepted)
ARRT (M) certification required
South Carolina state license (SCRQSA) required — must be active and in hand prior to start date; pending licensure is not accepted
BLS certification required
Valid radiation badge must be supplied by the staffing agency
Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate; local candidates within 60 miles will be considered at a reduced rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Hologic or Siemens mammography equipment
