Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
- Operate and maintain mammography equipment to ensure optimal image quality
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and facility compliance requirements
- Collaborate with radiology and cardiology teams within a short-term acute care hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of mammography technologist experience required
- Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Ability to commit to holiday coverage requirements as defined by facility scheduling needs
- Must meet facility background screening standards — no background hits accepted
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a teaching hospital or large acute care facility
- Travel technologist experience with demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and assignment requirements
