Produces quality screening and diagnostic mammography films and dual-energy -ray absorptiometry (DEA) eams; educates patients regarding patient eams and accurately documents procedures completed and procedure codes. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violationsInteracts compassionately and effectively with patients providing a Five Star eperience by reducing anieties; provides eplanations of procedures and equipment, and answers questionsEscorts patient from sub-wait area to procedure room.Eplains procedure to patient prior to beginning eam.Obtains appropriate medical history required (patient and family) before procedure is started.Eplains comparative film review and obtains patient film release signature, as appropriate.Performs appropriate screening and diagnostic mammography eams.Completes all required billing and documentation accurately and timely in EHR and PACS.Performs bone density screening as assigned.Maintains cleanliness of all radiology equipment and rooms.Maintains job knowledge per the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and state regulatory requirements.Follows department timekeeping procedures.Works at main campus and satellite facilities.
