Mammography Technologist – 24 Hours, Weekends

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Weekend Shifts Only (Saturday & Sunday) | Shifts range from 8, 10, or 12 hours between the hours of 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms at a primary facility and various offsite locations within a 10-mile radius
- Provide weekend coverage on Saturday and Sunday with shift times varying based on departmental needs
- Operate digital mammography and tomosynthesis equipment on a 1:1 tech-to-machine ratio
- Work independently and adapt to a schedule that varies week to week based on department requirements
- Travel to offsite locations as needed to fulfill coverage assignments
Required Qualifications- Current Massachusetts Radiology and Mammography License
- Current ARRT Certification and ARRT card
- Documentation of 8 hours of digital mammography training
- Documentation of 8 hours of tomosynthesis training
- Documentation of 15 hours of CEUs completed within the past 3 years
- Documentation of mammography statistics from within the past 2 years
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience performing stereotactic biopsies
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations with a flexible schedule
