Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience and ARRT-Mammography certification for an imaging department performing a wide range of diagnostic procedures.

Details

• Imaging department performing MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, nuclear medicine, mammography, breast procedures, and arthrograms
• 8-hour day shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 5 shifts per week, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Uses Cerner, GE PACS, and STAR Financials

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography
• AHA BLS certification required
• ARRT-Mammography certification required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Returning staff who previously worked at the facility on a permanent basis must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
• RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer and cannot be requested afterward
