Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification to support routine mammography and breast imaging coordination.

Details

• Mammography department setting
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Shift hours 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 11-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist required
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• MA state license required if applicable
• Experience with EPIC Breast Imaging Coordinator Dashboard required
• Knowledge of MQSA and mammography regulatory requirements required

Additional Information

• Perform routine mammography duties along with breast imaging coordination, tracking, follow-up, and compliance functions using the EPIC Breast Imaging Coordinator Dashboard
• This role does not include full supervisory oversight of the mammography department; day-to-day clinical operations and supervisory responsibilities remain with department leadership
• Mammography QC responsibilities are covered by another technologist
• Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Previous BILH employees must have a 6+ month break before returning
• Local candidates not considered unless case-by-case exception applies
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies
