Job Summary:
Maternal Fetal Medicine (FETAL MED) Ultrasound Technologist position in New York. The role involves performing ultrasound examinations specific to high-risk obstetric patients, with a focus on capturing detailed fetal views as evaluated by a maternal-fetal medicine specialist. The technologist will operate ultrasound equipment, assist in patient preparation, and help maintain technical accuracy in imaging.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30AM 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification; OB experience with high-risk obstetric patients; proficiency in PACS and Microsoft Office; at least 2 years as Ultrasound Technologist; knowledge of ultrasound examination procedures, ultrasound equipment operation, and maintenance; location requirements: candidates must be local for in-person interviews.

  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The ultrasound technologist will assist in the orientation and mentorship of new staff, ensure all safety protocols are followed during examinations, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
