Under the supervision of the Unit Director and Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse will deliver patient-centered care in a Med/Surg adult and cardiac progressive care setting. Job Requirements

• Current Maine RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care or Med/Surg nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• MOAB or CPI certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support changing patient care needs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective patient care in a Med/Surg and cardiac progressive care environment
• Carry out nursing assessments, interventions, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Collaborate closely with the charge nurse, unit director, and interdisciplinary care team
• Support patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and procedures
• Respond appropriately to changing patient conditions and prioritize care needs
• Contribute to a positive, team-based unit culture focused on quality and compassion
